Returns and Exchanges


Returns/exchanges are not accepted after 7 days of delivery date.  Items must be in brand new resalable condition.  Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for receipt, and processing of refunds (tops and bottoms only).  Garments can be returned for exchange of a like garment of different size or store credit only.

No Refunds on the following...

Refunds will not be issued on the following, absolutely no exceptions allowed:   Evening/bridal wear, swimsuits/lingerie (including bras), breast pads, maternity dresses, items purchased using a gift certificate/store credit or sale items.  NO ITEMS ARE EXCHANGEABLE AT THIS TIME.   A restocking fee may be issued on returns.  Please contact us by email to inform us of:   1.  what you will be returning, and  2.  the reason for your return.   We will then issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

Where to send Returns

If your return does not follow our policy (no RMA issued, returned after 7 days, etc.) you will be subject to a restocking fee to be determined at the time of return (typically 20% of the order total),  and may be refused at our discretion.

Shipping Information:

Maternity Clothes Unlimited ships with a combination of United States Postal Service, UPS.  Free Shipping promotions may apply to USPS Priorty Mail or the least expensive option of our choice.  All other shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. It is our goal to ship all orders within 24-72 business hours.  However, this is not explicitly guaranteed, as things do happen, and you should plan accordingly to receive your shipment in time for a special event.

International Shipping

We do not ship to Africa.  Too many brokerage fees, customs fees, etc.  Other International:  We have no control over fees, cannot estimate them and are not responsible for them.  Fees are not collected at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.  The customer pays them directly to the collecting agency (shipping company or government office) at time of delivery.While USPS shipping is not an option at checkout, whenever possible, we will ship via a USPS shipping option of comparable delivery time, service and pricing, without notice, in order to save our customers brokerage fees.  "Free Shipping" promotions apply to domestic orders only. (We have found that European Customs Fees can average between $90.00 and $100.00.)
